LIVING TESTIMONY AFFIDAVIT OF STATUS

i, a man, known as ————–, am a creation of the One All Creator Of All Absolute and a follower of the Creator’s laws first and foremost, and the laws of nature and the laws of man when they are not in conflict. . Pursuant to Matthew 5:33-37 and James 5:12, “let my yea be yea, and my nay be nay.”

i have personal knowledge of the matters stated herein and hereby asseverate, understanding both the spiritual and legal liabilities of, “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” (Exodus 20:16)

1. i, a man, called paddy, am a LIVING-SENTIENT-BEING made in the image of GOD and i reserve, claim all and waive none of my God-given inalienable rights ever. i am of the AGE-OF-CONSENT and of SOUND-MIND.

2. i, a man, have personal knowledge of the matters stated herein and hereby asseverate the understanding of both the spiritual and legal liabilities of LYING, and i affirm that I will always carry out DUE-DILIGENCE to act with a DUTY of CARE.

3. i, a man, claim my body, biometrics and genetic material, are my Property, as is all PRODUCT of my LABOURS, unless lawfully traded.

4. i, a man, claim the dwelling, within its boundary, at my current home, is my Property, as is all lawfully purchased Property contained within.
5. i, a man, claim _________________________ is my Property.
6. i, a man, claim any lawfully purchased VEHICLE within my boundary is my Property.
7. i, a man, affirm my right to “pass freely without let or hindrance” and “be afforded such assistance and protection as may be necessary”
8. i, a man, am not Property of PERSONS doing business as or acting on behalf of an organisation or entity.
9. i, a man, have no obligation (contract) with PERSONS doing business as or on behalf of an organisation or entity, unless finalised under the 5 (five) Elements of Contract maxims.
10. i, a man, have not relinquished my inalienable rights and have no obligation (contract) to acknowledge, believe or adhere to any legislation, statutes, acts, ordinances, policy, codes, regulations, by-laws, et. al, authored by PERSONS doing business as or on behalf of an organisation or entity.
11. i, a man, claim that any LIVING-BEING or PERSON doing business as or on behalf of an organisation or entity, who TRESPASSES against my Property WITHOUT-RIGHT will be held PERSONALLY liable.
12. i, a man, hereby and herein reserve the right to amend and make amendments to this document as necessary, in order that the truth may be ascertained and proceedings justly determined. If there is any LIVING-BEING damaged by any statements herein, if he or she will inform me by facts i will sincerely make every effort to amend my ways.

i , a man, am noticing and providing opportunity for any LIVING BEING or PERSON doing business as any CORPORATION (Public or Private), GOVERNMENT organizations or other Entity to rebut my Affidavit of Status point for point. Failure to rebut the facts stated herein shall serve as tacit agreement and acquiescence from any LIVING-BEING or PERSON doing business as or on behalf of an organisation or entity that all herein be true. Your silence stands as acquiescence and consent too, and tacit approval of, the factual declarations herein, being established as fact as a matter of law.

If an extension of time is needed to properly answer, please request it in writing by post. All respondents are to provide the required rebuttal to: paddy c/o __________, Tyrone. Please advise i in written ‘Affidavit’ form within ten days (10) days from receipt hereof, providing your counter-affidavit, proving with particularity, by stating ALL requisite actual evidentiary fact and ALL requisite actual law, and NOT merely the ultimate facts or conclusions of law, that this ‘LIVING-TESTIMONY-AFFIDAVIT-OF-STATUS’, is substantially and materially false, sufficiently to change materially my status and factual declarations.

i, a man called paddy, do solemnly and sincerely affirm and de-clare and i will testify, in viva voce in open court and under penalty of perjury, that the contents of this unrebutted living testimony in the form of an affidavit, is TRUTH in LAW. Only a court of record with common law jurisdiction before a jury of 12 peers can adjudicate any alleged claim against me.

i de-clare, with GOD as my witness, stamped with the SEAL the CREATOR endowed me with on my right thumb, that the foregoing is TRUE and CORRECT.
